I make each ceramic piece by hand, and with great care. Due to the handmade nature of the work, please expect some variation from photographs and between pieces. Products are porcelain unless otherwise stated. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Non-toxic/food safe glazes.
I reserve the right to limit or prohibit any orders.
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my products. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Shipping
Domestic: All domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail (with USPS Tracking) and have an average delivery time of 2-4 days after shipping. All orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of your order being placed unless they are designated as "ready to ship". All ready to ship pieces will be shipped within 3 days of ordering.
International: Unfortunately I don't generally ship internationally. For special requests please email me at zstudios@zenasegre.com
Return Policy/Privacy
RETURNS
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 10 days of receiving the shipment. If the items show any signs of wear, a refund can not be issued. Once I receive your returned item, a refund will be issued to you, less the original shipping costs. For your protection, please pack your return item securely (items broken in return shipping will not be refunded), return your order with an insured, trackable courier, and retain your shipping receipt. Zena Segre is not responsible for return shipping or for items damaged or lost in transit. Please feel free to email me at zstudios@zenasegre.com for questions, returns, or exchanges.
